These terms of use outline the rules and regulations for the use of RegCompare Limited's Website.

Service Offered
RegCompare offers a Price Comparison Service for private number plates and we compare prices across a number of Agents in the UK. We endeavour to find you the best price for your private number plate purchase but our search is limited to the Agents listed on our website, and does not cover every possible Agent in the market.
The best priced results from our price comparison service are "Premium" and a small fee is payable to reveal the Agent details with the best prices. On successful payment you will be redirected to a page that details the search results in full. Additionally you will receive an email copy with the best priced results.
RegCompare also offers a Price Alert Subscription Service for a monthly fee, which is payable in advance. During an active subscription, RegCompare will check the best price available for the private number plate covered by the Subscription. If a price change has happened (either an increase or decrease) you will receive an email notification detailing the change and the latest best available price. The Subscription can be cancelled at any time by contacting RegCompare.
RegCompare does not sell private vehicle registrations, and we are not in any way involved in any transaction between you and an Agent.
RegCompare is in no way affiliated with the UK's Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency ("DVLA") or any of the Agents that we compare prices with.
Accuracy
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on our website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to, price data in our search results and/or the availability of a private number plate to purchase.
RegCompare does not in any way guarantee that a private number plate listed in our search results is available to purchase and nor available to purchase at the price listed in our search results. It is your sole responsibility to confirm prices listed on our website, any VAT or fees charged by the Agent, and availablity of the private number plate, with the relevant Agent.
We do not commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on our website is kept up to date.
